Position: Sales Coordinator – Englewood, Colorado

White Orchid Interiors was founded in 2006. Over the past nine years, the company has expanded to serve customers in Colorado, Southern California and Florida. Position Summary
We are building the White Orchid Network, the first online marketplace for home staging, and are hiring Sales Coordinators to work from our office in Englewood, Colorado. Each Sales Coordinator will oversee one geographic region and is the primary point of contact for prospects, customers and Network stagers through each phase of the sales pipeline. Key functions include selling prospects on the benefits of home staging, the benefits of working with our Network stagers, data entry and data integrity within our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring a superior customer service experience, adhering to company best practices, and supporting the White Orchid Network in any other manner as required.

Critical Functions

  • Guide customers through the home staging sales and referral pipeline
  • Facilitate communication between customers and our Network stagers
  • Manage customer account data in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Administer staging proposals, contracts, and user reports
  • Build relationships with Network stagers and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the calendar and assist in scheduling
  • Adhere to company best practices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sales background and drive to close new deals
  • Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
  • Willingness to spend most of the day on the phone and in front of the computer
  • Prior experience operating cloud based software solutions (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Detail oriented with proven organizational abilities
  • Customer service and goal oriented
