Position: Business Development Associate – Denver, Colorado

White Orchid Interiors was founded in 2006. Over the past nine years, the company has expanded to serve customers in Colorado, Southern California and Florida. We are quickly becoming a national leader for home staging and interior design. We have great expectations for the future and are looking for high integrity team members as we grow.

White Orchid Interiors is looking for Business Development Associates to work an outside sales region based in Denver, Colorado. The Business Development Associate is an important part of the sales and marketing team and is primarily responsible for creating new relationships for White Orchid Interiors. The Business Development Associate is also responsible for completing workflow process documentation, adhering to company best practices and supporting the team in any other manner as required.

Critical Functions

  • Communicate White Orchid Interiors value proposition
  • Promote White Orchid home staging products and services
  • Manage prospect account data in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Generate new relationships that produce revenue
  • Complete required documentation and project workflow
  • Adhere to company best practices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
White Orchid Interiors will only consider high energy and high integrity people for our home staging team. The Business Development Associate is expected to display the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing
  • Personal network of real estate agents or real estate investors
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Detail oriented with proven organizational abilities
  • Customer service and goal oriented
